You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your brojet Login username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. brojet will treat any activity conducted through your Account as having been carried out by you. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify brojet immediately via email at [email protected] so that protective measures can be taken without delay.
All brojet Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No conversion to or from foreign currencies is performed by the Platform. The ৳ balance displayed in your Account at all times represents the actual BDT value of your funds, exclusive of any locked Bonus Funds which are displayed separately in the bonus wallet.

brojet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms & Conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between specific promotional terms and these general Terms, the specific promotional terms shall take precedence for that offer only.
brojet operates active monitoring systems to detect and prevent bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a single bonus, exploiting mathematically low-risk betting patterns designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other Players to satisfy Wagering Requirements artificially. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have all bonus funds and associated winnings removed from their Account and may face permanent suspension.

In the event that odds are published in manifest error — for example, due to a data feed failure or human input error — brojet reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous odds and return stakes to affected Players. brojet is not obligated to honour bets placed at clearly erroneous odds.

brojet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform. This exclusion applies regardless of whether brojet has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
brojet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, and Force Majeure events may cause temporary service interruptions. brojet will not be liable for losses incurred by Players during periods of Platform unavailability caused by events outside its reasonable control.
brojet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, brojet reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds in the Account and to withhold the real-money balance pending investigation. If investigation determines that no breach has occurred, the real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting [email protected]. Remaining real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Players in Bangladesh are subject to the laws and regulations applicable to online entertainment services in their jurisdiction.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and brojet, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally in the first instance by contacting the brojet support team at [email protected]. brojet will make reasonable efforts to respond to formal dispute submissions within five (5) business days and to reach a resolution within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving a complete written description of the dispute.
If informal resolution is not achieved, the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Judgment on any award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
